I called the Ford dealership a ten days ago about putting the hitch/tow package on my Truck.
They haven't called. Now I have no time until next Wednesday to arrange getting the truck into to the shop, I have to go into FTW this weekend and elsewhere on Monday and still somewhere else on Tuesday.
Annoyed.

is there a U-Haul dealership in your area? Call and ask for the custom hich for your truck. They will be able to get it and on faster and likely cheaper than Ford!!
ReplyDeleteLOL: Don't I wish! The closest UHAUL is an hour away in either direction west or east. And with these gas prices... I so don't think so. I'm talking I live in the middle of a big nothing here. I rather spend my money 'in town' rather than taking that money out of this area that really needs it. (Every time you buy at the big box mart, the harder the smaller real stores have.)

ReplyDeleteO.k., it's actually her husband in the hospital. Now in this neck of the woods the hospital here is a extremely competent emergency room, and major illnesses etc. are then transferred to a major hospital in Fort Worth, so I can now totally understand why no one was calling me back.
I have an appointment on Tuesday at 8AM and they will tote me to work. :) And I'll get someone to tote me back once the truck is done.
